Business Development Managers – US Government

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to help us grow and expand our business in the US Government market and includes all Federal Agencies. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Full-time and part-time options available.


Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Assist in Developing proposals for clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets; Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • High level Communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Experience with conflict resolution.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field.
