Nelogis is a certified Serviced Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Durham, New Hampshire, with offices in the Washington, DC metro area as well as Dubai, UAE.

The company was originally founded by Raymond Rodon, the current President and CEO in 2006 in the State of Texas as Nelogis. The company’s mission was to provide innovative solutions for wastewater treatment. The company first concentrated on entering the domestic waste water treatment market, then moved into industrial waste water treatment and finally, once becoming an established entity, progressed into water filtration and purification. As the company executed its business plan, the company was approached by a competitor and a deal was negotiated to sell the company in 2007. The company lay dormant until it was restarted in 2013, again as Next Evolution Water Solutions, LLC (NEWS).


Nelogis was awarded its first contract in 2014 with the Defense Logistics Agency-Distribution providing warehousing and distribution services at Tobyhanna Army Depot.


NELOGIS, Unity Technologies Corporation (UnityTec), Defense General Contracting International (DGCI), Global Veritas Logistics became the founding members of Unity Small Business Consortium. The purpose of the consortium is too pool resources leveraging corporate skill sets, staffing expertise, past performance, and operational presence to win new business.


NELOGIS was awarded a subcontract with Unity Technologies Corporation on their US Army Corps of Engineers contract. Unity Technologies Corporation is a member of the Unity Small Business Consortium.


NELOGIS was awarded its first Department of State (DoS), Bureau of African Affairs, Africa Peacekeeping Program, AFRICAP III, a five-year IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Unity Small Business Consortium formalized its structure 2018.


The company formalized a name change to more accurately reflect business operations and the corporate vision. The name was changed to Next Evolution Water Solutions doing business as Next Evolution Logistics Solution, now abbreviated as NELOGIS. NELOGIS was awarded four (4) DoS AFRICAP Task Orders in Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Madagascar and Tanzania. NELOGIS changed its status from a Limited Liability Company structure to Corporation structure.


NELOGIS was accepted into the US Small Business Administration Mentor – Protégé Program. Our Mentor is Defense General Contracting International (DGCI), also a member of the Unity Small Business Consortium. NEWS and DGCI entered into a joint venture called Joint Venture Global Solutions where NEWS is the managing partner. The JV bid and was subsequently awarded a DLA Energy contract providing Fueling and Defueling Services at US Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. NELOGIS was granted its ATF license
